Butts & Guts

A real dynamic mix of abdominal and leg exercises.  The instructor will guide you threw a series of abdominal exercises followed by squats lunges kicks……This class is designed to tone and shape your stomach and glutes! VERY HOT

TRX
This class is sweeping the nation of fitness. A dynamic suspension system that allows clients of all fitness levels to enjoy a total body workout. The instructor will guide you through a suspended workout that will have your muscles enjoying each movement and ready for each new exercise. There are no requirements for this class. TRX class is modified for any ability level; it’s the perfect workout to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance. Fantastic

Kettlebell Beginner /K1
Kettlebell will transform you with workouts like you have never had before. This total body workout combines vintage strongman movements with cardiovascular exercises. This type of workout consists of swings, cleans, overhead presses using a weighted kettlebell.  Form and technique are the most important aspects of learning kettlebell.  The instructor will teach you the proper movement pattern required to properly take a kettlebell class.

Kettlebell Advanced:
This class requires prior experience with a kettlebell. Cardio and strength is emphasized in this class which builds upon the basic kettlebell movements. In order to participate in this class you must pass a series of workouts.

Fusion:
This class is a mixture of all our classes. We have combined Kettlebell, Boot camp, TRX, and Strength and Agility all into one dynamic workout. There are no prerequisites to take this class.  Fusion is a great way to mix up your workout and burn a ton of calories. Each client is advised to train at their own pace.

Cardio Boxing Circuit:
This class is a high energy workout which combines punching and combinations on the heavy bag and focus mitts. The workout is cut into two parts, one half is a total body weight circuit and the other half focuses on boxing essentials.  The instructor motivates you to work to your maximum potential in this high energy workout that keeps the body guessing and burning calories.

Boot Camp
This class is a dynamic total body workout that combines body weight exercises and calisthenics. The instructor pushes each client at their own pace. The instructor may have class outside or inside. Boot camp is a great cardio blast workout that will help tone your body, increase endurance, and core strength.

Spin/Boot Camp

A mixture of strength and endurance the Spin boot camp class is  made for 16 people, half-boot camp for 30 min and 30 min on the spin bike. This class has 2 instructors to motivate and transition you threw 2 phases of cardio (Spin) and Strength (Boot Camp).

If you’re looking for the pound loser this is your class.

The Workout

This class is a 60 minute circuit . Each exercise is geared toward a separate body part. This total body workout will bring your fitness to the next level.

A different type of workout with an upbeat pace.

Kettlebell vs TRX

A metabolic conditioning program that fuses two of the most popular training methods in fitness. test your mobility and strength with suspension weight training and endurance of Kettlebell. The progression of this class can be adopted and modified for all fitness levels. ( must have taken TRX and K1)

Nutrition is just as important as the hours that you commit to exercise.

The Phase 1 Nutritional Program is designed specifically for each client.  We will help you take control of your body and your health!  During the Phase 1 Nutritional Program we will assess three things

1) Your current food intake

2) Your lifestyle

3) Your personal fitness goals.

The Phase 1 Program is designed not as a diet to count calories, but as a conscious way to make calories count for your body!

During Phase 1, you will meet with a fitness professional to discuss the three areas of focus: food intake, lifestyle, and goals.  We will design a personal nutritional plan that will guide you through 6-8 weeks of healthier eating habits. You will learn the habits to eat to refuel your body!


We will provide you with the nutritional expertise, sample exercises, and motivational principals to transform your body!

    My friend and I would like to try the TRX class on Saturday morning. We’ve never been to the training floor, so not sure how to proceed.
