There is a mandatory 24hr cancellation policy for the following workouts

Spin/cycle,Trx and Kettlebell start up. All clients will be charge $20 if they do not give 24 hr notice of cancellation

Kettlebell  Open Class 6:00am (must take 2 kb start up first) Ray

Cardio Boxing   9:30am Shak

Cardio Boxing   6:30pm Shak

Spin/cycle 6:30 pm Mara

Wednesday

Cardio  Boot Camp 6:00am    Cat

Spin/cycle 6:00am -Marlene

The workout   9:30am Cat

TRX  (open)6:30pm   George (limited to 9) (must sign up ahead)

Butts and Guts   6:30-7:30pm Shak

Spin  cycle 7:30-8:30pm Jenn

Thursday

TRX     (beginner)  6:00am ( must sign up) Mara

Spin/cycle 6:00am Marlene

Cardio Boxing circuit  6:30pm-7:30pm Shak

Enter The Kettlebell circuit 6:30pm-7:30pm ( must have taken  Kettlebell 1 class)

Spin/cycle 7:30 pm-8:30 pm Jenn


Friday

Kid’s  Boxing boot camp 9:00 am-9:50 Shak

TRX    Beginner   9:00am George (limited to 8– must sign  up)

Enter The Kettlebell (must be in Kb 1 )  9:00am-10:00am Ray

Kettlebell Start up  beginner learn how to use the KB  10:o0am -11:am Ray

Sunday

Cardio boxing & butts and guts  9:00  am Shak

TRX/Kettlebell  9:00am (limited to 8 spots)

Spin/cycle  10am Jen

Class price$20 per drop in

1 month $220

3 months of Unlimited workouts $189 per month or 12 months unlimited $169 per month

Time: all workouts are 60 minutes long !

In order to join our Kettlebell workouts you must take at least 3 consecutive Kettlebell  start up workouts!

    Just started taking classes here. Gotta say it’s a FANTASTIC workout. You feel PUMPED afterwards….and maybe a little guilty for overindulging during the holidays, but that just gives you that much more motivation to go to the next class!
