Breakfast of Champions

A lot of you are on the go in the morning and wonder what can I eat that’s healthy and quick?

Here are some great options for pre workout nutrition or just hurry up and go foods to start the day!

All foods listed can be paired up differently with others. (have fun with it)

  • Peanut butter on rice cakes
  • Greek yogurt, hand full of raw almonds
  • Natural oat meal and peanut butter with cinnamon
  • Apple hand full of raw almonds
  • Pear hand, full of almonds
  • Protein shake

    I am a huge fan of oatmeal with peanut butter and cinnamon, I even sometimes add fresh or frozen blueberries for some extra health benefits!
